The Sinking City

The Sinking City is a video game developed by Frogwares and published by Bigben Interactive. The game is set in the 1920s in a fictional city called Oakmont, Massachusetts. The storyline follows a private investigator named Charles Reed, who is plagued by visions of a flooded city. Charles decides to investigate this strange phenomenon and travels to Oakmont where he discovers that the city is indeed sinking into the sea.

The gameplay involves solving puzzles and investigating various clues to uncover the truth behind the city's plight. The city is divided into various districts which are affected differently by the flood. Some districts may be partially submerged in water, while others are completely flooded, making exploration and navigation challenging.

As Charles uncovers more about the city's dark past, he encounters all manner of horrors, from monsters to cultists. The player must use their wit and intelligence to overcome these challenges and survive in this atmospheric and foreboding world.
